The purpose of this concession is to utilize the KASKcaf in the Cloquet building on Campus Bijloke, located at 9000 Gent, Louis Pasteurlaan 2. The KASKcaf is an independent catering business aimed at students, staff and guests of the HoGent. The concessionaire is called the name KASKcaf to be used in operation. The operation takes place mainly during the day and evening on weekdays and follows the academic year`s rhythm of the School of Arts and its privileged partners on campus. It concerns a concession of services whose exploitation risk is entirely at stakeThe charge is from the concessionaire. This service concession is NOT subject to public procurement legislation (by its nature) nor to the concession law (threshold amount not reached). The allocation will be by means of a sui generis procedure according to the modalitiesLd in the cutlery.
