Tenders are invited for Concept of a new system for estimating the value of holiday homes for tax purposes

Short description : The Ministry of Finance invites suppliers to describe a concept for a new system to estimate the value of holiday homes for tax purposes. The final description of the concept must be submitted as part of the tender. The Ministry specifically asks for contributions from suppliers who have experience of avanceanalytical methods, including the use of "data". One of the suppliers will be selected and offered the contract, with compensation equal to the price the supplier has put in the tender. The Ministry will also have an option to ask the supplier for minor changes or clarifications in the concept description. Ifthe department triggers this option, additional work will be paid per hour.
