The subject of the contract is the comprehensive supply of electricity together with the provision of distribution services to the Polish Water Farm, the Regional Water Management Board in Krakow in 2026.
It will be implemented on the conditions specified in the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (Journal of Laws 201, item 1385, as amended), executive provisions to this Act, in particular in the Regulation of the Minister of the Climate and the Environment of March 22, 2023 on detailed functioning conditions power system (Journal of Laws 201, item 819, as amended), the current tariff for the electricity distribution services of the relevant operator Distribution system (OSD) approved by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, Movement Instructions and Operation of the Distribution Network, generally applicable legal provisions and individual price of active energy specified after the proceedings in question.
Supply of electricity together with the provision of distribution service to the RZGW collection points in Krakow OSD TAURON Dystrybucja S.A. do electricity consumption points (hereinafter referred to as PPE) listed in Annex 2.1 to SWZ / Annex 2 to the contract.
Energy will be implemented from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2026.
