Description: The subject of the public contract is a set of insurance services for the City of Český Těšín and contributory organizations established by the City of Český Těšín, the list of which is contained in Annex No. 5 of the tender documentation.

The insurance includes in particular insurance of movable and immovable property and liability insurance for damage, liability insurance for damage caused by vehicle operation (so-called "compulsory liability"), motor vehicle accident insurance and supplementary vehicle insurance of the City of Český Těšín and its contributory organizations.

Insurance contracts will be concluded between the contracting authority as the policyholder and the supplier as the insurer. The insured will be the contracting authority and the contributory organizations of the contracting authority.

The public contract will be divided into two parts:

Part 1: Property and liability insurance,

Part 2: Motor insurance.

The participant is entitled to submit a tender for all parts of the public contract, several parts or only for one part of the public contract.
