Description: The subject of the prepared public procurement will be the supply of a comprehensive information system (including services) for the passportization of real estate of the Banská Bystrica self-governing region, its unified registration, administration and maintenance. It should be a comprehensive information system (hereinafter referred to as KIS), modular in nature, with the possibility of future extensions to other modules (eg energy management, management of technical equipment, spatial planning, etc.)
The purpose of preparatory market consultations is to address economic operators involved in the award of a contract in order to establish in the forthcoming procurement an objective criterion for the evaluation of tenders as well as the parameters and requirements of the contract, which the contracting authority shall indicate in the contract to comply with the principles of public procurement.
The contracting authority plans to use the above-limit procedure in awarding the contract in question in accordance with § 66 ZVO.
