Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Completion of Rehabilitation works on M3 Chisinau - Giurgiulesti Road, km 96+800 to km 151+200.

This notice is an update to the GPN originally published on the EBRD's web-site on 4 November 2010.

The Government of the Republic of Moldova intends to use the proceeds of a loan received from European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) for a project to rehabilitate part of its national road network. The proposed project, which has a total estimated cost of EUR 75 million equivalent, will require the procurement of the following outstanding works and services:

Completion of Rehabilitation works on M3 Chisinau - Giurgiulesti Road, km 96+800 to km 151+200;
Rehabilitation works on M3 Chisinau-Giurgiulesti, km 151+200 to km 171+290 and km 179+650 to km 190+750.
Construction supervision of the Rehabilitation works on M3 Chisinau-Giurgiulesti, km 151+200 to km 171+290 and km 179+650 to km 190+750.
Tendering for the above contracts is expected to begin in Q4 of 2017.

Contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from the Bank will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and will be open to firms from any country. The proceeds of the Bank's loan will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations or under a law of official regulation of the Republic of Moldova.
