The GWQ is as a company for economy and quality at KK according to § 130a (8) p. 5 SGBV for its shareholder and customer funds. With regard to the relevant statutory provisions on the award of public procurement, a regular process of drug-related, formal procurement procedures takes place according to the regulations of the 4th part of the GWB by GWQ ServicePlus AG. Until the entry into force of new medicinal product discount agreements, the GWQ would like to conclude with all interested pharmaceutical companies, drug discount agreements as part of the Open-House procedure for a drug with the active substance Adalimumab. The early start of the contract is the 1.7.2021.
