Tenders are invited for Completion of 68 Boreholes Equipped with PMH in the Departments of Aguié and Gazaoua, Maradi Region.

The time of execution of the works is:eight (08) months out of winter

Tenders must be accompanied by an Offer Security for an amount of: seventeen million five hundred thousand (17, 500, 000) CFA Francs

1. The Government of the Republic of Niger has received funding from the Islamic Development Bank ( IDB ) to finance the BID-UEMOA project on water and sanitation in rural Niger and intends to use part of the this financing to make payments under the Markets for the execution of 120 boreholes equipped with pumps with human motility; 30 boreholes for the realization of 30 Mini AEPs; and 02 deep boreholes for the realization of 02 AEP multi villages in the Dosso, Maradi, Tahoua and Tillabéry regions (NIGER).

2. The Nigerien Public Works Agency for Employment (NIGETIP) is soliciting sealed bids from eligible bidders meeting the qualifications required to provide 120 boreholes equipped with man-made pumps; 30 boreholes for the realization of 30 Mini AEPs; and 02 deep boreholes for the realization of 02 AEP multi villages in the Dosso, Maradi, Tahoua and Tillabéry regions (NIGER) .

5. The French Tender File may be purchased by any interested Bidder by making a written request to the address below against a non-refundable payment of four hundred thousand (400, 000) CFA Francs . The method of payment will be by transfer to the bank account of the Agency NIGETIP - Banking Reference NE064 01001 025112020061 - 40 opened with SONIBANK Niamey (Niger) . The tender documents can be retrieved at the headquarters of the NIGETIP Agency or will be sent electronically upon presentation of the payment receipt or proof of transfer.

6. Tenders must be submitted to the address below no later than 15 January 2020 at 09:30 (GMT + 1). Electronic submission of tenders will not be accepted. Any offer arrived after the deadline and date of submission of offers will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives and those present at the address mentioned below on 15 January 2020 at 10:00 (GMT + 1).
