Description: The purpose of this consultation is to choose an operator with whom a terminal agreement will be concluded, the purpose of which will be to provide space (TP of 101, 500 m2 including a hangar of 3, 000 m2) intended for the establishment a handling terminal for new light vehicles for import and export, and the reception of large car carrier ships in the port of Marseille. The winner will ensure the full exploitation of the aforementioned spaces, build and maintain the facilities / equipment / tools necessary for their activity according to the distribution provided for in the DCE. It will ensure the operator's responsibility with regard to all of the laws and regulations in force.
