Description: The purpose of this consultation is to choose an operator with whom a terminal agreement will be concluded, the purpose of which will be to make available spaces intended for the creation of a terminal for handling various general goods. 28, 000 m2, served by station 65 and by a conventional rail network, subject to the release of space as provided for in article 2 of the CR. The winner will ensure the full exploitation of the aforementioned spaces, build and maintain the facilities / equipment / tools necessary for their activity according to the distribution provided for in the DCE. It will ensure the operator's responsibility with regard to all of the laws and regulations in force.
