The Council is seeking a partner to work alongside to provide Strategic support to develop CWB approach and programme; Embed community wealth building as a driver of organisational transformation, the guiding principle of economic strategy and a central strand of local recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic. Create the conditions for organisational transformation while realising concrete impacts in the short term. Create capacity within the Council to take this work forward, a key goal will be the development of increased capacity within the council to sustain and develop this work. Build support and motivation for the CWB programme both internally and externally. Tender documents to be released to bidders 1st Nov 2021
