ESTIMATED VALUE: 600000 - EUR

Description: The purpose of the contract is to carry out current maintenance services in communal forests subject to the forest regime in the territory of GIF-sur-Yvette. The contract constitutes a mono-attribute framework agreement with orders, concluded from 18 January 2022, or from its notification if it takes place at a later date, for a period of one (1) year . The contract may be extended expressly three times for the same period. It is concluded without minimum amount and for a maximum annual amount of 500, 000 euro (s) (H.T.). The estimated value of purchase orders is 150, 000 euro (s) HT per year, or 600, 000 euro (s) HT for 4 years. The maximum annual order threshold is nevertheless increased to 500, 000 euro (s) HT so that the community is able to ensure exceptional or additional benefits, particularly in the case of acquisition of new communal forest parcels subject to the forest regime.
