this is a market survey to locate commercial load banks for use with the 150kw 400hz patriot generator sets in accordance with cecom pd dated 22 may 2015. The current load bank is provided by american electrical enterprises. We are looking for brand name, or equivalent, load banks meeting the requirements of the pd, at a minimum. The load banks must also include load cables and a carrying case. The army does not possess the technical data for the manufacture and acceptance of the items. Suppliers capable of furnishing this unit must so indicate, by writing via email to michael.h.buck6.civ@mail.mil. The response must include production lead time, production capacity by month, surge capacity, number of years part will be available, ranges for price breaks if applicable or any other information that could affect the acquisition, supply and delivery of the part. The response should also include documentation such as copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the listed source or a statement from listed source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the army with this unit from the supplier listed above. Successful suppliers may be required to warrant that the item supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the army. For more information contact michael buck, fcdd-isp-ge, (443) 861-5469, at michael.h.buck6.civ@mail.mil. The deadline for response is 31 july 2019.
