Description : The contract is being procured by Nottingham City Homes for Commercial Electrical works. This framework covers all electrical works, upgrades, rewires and repairs required by our Commercial Team. Contractors must be able to work across a spectrum of different building types.
Contractors may be requested to undertake one-off projects such as communal lighting upgrades, large-scale carbon monoxide/smoke alarm upgrades and LED installations, commercial kitchens, leisure centres. The framework will improve safety to reduce legal risks and increase productivity through safe and reliable equipment. The successful contractors must be suitably qualified and have a wealth of experience to undertake commercial electrical works, inspections and testing within multi occupancy accommodation and contracting authority organisations ranging from commercial offices, schools (inc kitchens), leisure centres and any properties managed by Nottingham City Homes.
