(i) this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in far subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(ii) combined synopsis/solicitation fa487719q0360 is issued as a request for quote (rfq).

(iii) this solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through federal acquisition circular 2019-01, defense circular number 20181220, and air force acquisition circular 2018-0525.

(iv) this procurement is being issued as a small business set-aside. The north american industry classification system code is 611620 with a size standard of $7.5 million or less.

(v) the acquisition schedule is as follows:

a. Questions submitted: friday, 22 july 2019, 2:00pm (arizona local time)
