Collateral for the 2018 National Children's Month Celebration

Please refer to the Purchase Request for reference of this project procurement.

Please quote your government price including Delivery Charges, Value Added Tax (VAT) or other applicable taxes and incidental expenses for the specified goods. Failure to indicate information could be basis for non-compliance. Also, furnish us with descriptive brochures, catalogues, literatures and/ or samples if applicable.

The award shall be made in LOT basis. In case of discrepancy between the unit cost and total cost, unit cost shall prevail as duly stipulated in the Government Procurement Reform Act (GPRA).

In terms of the payment, the Council for the Welfare of Children will immediately process the payment 15 to 30 days upon completion of delivery.

Bidder with the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB) shall be required to submit the needed documents for Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement (NP-SVP) as listed in Annex "H" of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the GPRA. Thus, the said documents shall be the requirements for payment.

Submission of bids/ quotations through electronic mail at the official email address of the BAC Secretariat personnel is allowed.
