Dear Sirs / Ladies, You are invited to submit your proposal for the realization of the provincial development plan and municipal development plans of the Tandjil.Please refer to the following appendices for the purposes of the preparation of your bid: - Annex I: description UNDP Requirements - Annex II: Terms(TDRs) - Annex III: Service Provider Submission Form - AnnexIV: General Conditions - Annex V: Technical Bid Evaluation Criteria Bids may be submitted until April 30, 2019 at 12 noon of N'Djamena, at the latest, under closed cover, in the urn located in the healsSecurity Officers / UNDP.They must include a technical bid and a financial bid, each in two separate envelopes indicating: 1. The name of the tenderer followed by themention 'technical offer' 2. The name of the tenderer followed by the mention "financial offer" The two envelopes, inserted in a large envelopet the mention "The realization of the provincial development plan and the communal development plans of the Tandjil.
