Tenders are invited for Cleaning Services

Tender Fee: 3000/- Non Refundable

Bid Security: 150000/-

A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased at the Department of Probation and Childcare in Northern Province, Meenachchi Ammani Kovil Veethy, Pannai by interested bidders on submission of a written application from 19th November 2021 to 2nd December 2021 from 09.00 Hours to 15.00 Hours upon non-refundable cash payment as said above.

Bids should be submitted to the Department of Probation and Childcare in Northern Province, Meenachchi Ammam Kovil Veethy, Pannai, Jaffna at or before 10.00 Hours on 03rcJ of December 2021. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on 29th November 2021 at the Department of Probation and Childcare in Northern
Province, Meenachchi Ammam Kovil Veethy, Pannai, Jaffna at 10.00 Hours. All bids shall be accompanied by separate Bid Security of the above said amount.
