Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Cleaning Service for Chief Secretary's Cluster - 2023

Interested bidders may obtain further information from Chief Secretary-s Secretariat - Northern Province, A9 Road, Kaithady and inspect the bidding documents at Chief Secretary-s Secretariat from 09.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs on working days.

A complete set of bidding documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Chief Secretary, NP, from 18th January 2023 to 31st January 2023 from 09.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs upon
payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3, 500.00. The method of payment will be by cash.

Bids shall be delivered to Chief Secretary-s Secretariat - Northern Province, A9 Road,
Kaithady at or beforel5.00 hrs of 01st February 2023. Late bids will be rejected. Bids
will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend.

All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs.95, 000.00
