Expression of Interest are invited for Cleaning of Giz Offices in the Regions of Kindia, Mamou, Labe, Faranah and Nzerekore.

The German Development Cooperation (GIZ), within the framework of the cooperation agreement between the Guinean and German states, wants to recruit a service provider for the cleaning of its business premises in (Kindia, Mamou, Labé, Faranah and N`Nzérékoré) .
The Services requested, the expected results will be defined in detail in the terms of reference of the mission (TDR) which will be the subject of a tender dossier to be transmitted to the companies on the shortlist.
The companies sought must be regularly established in Guinea, be of great renown and have good experience with large companies or international institutions in the field of maintenance and cleaning of premises and also with references. They must have highly qualified human resources in the population survey with a very good knowledge of survey techniques.
Companies interested in this call, must have qualified personnel, of good character, must have at least three years of experience in the field cited.
Companies wishing to be on the short list must provide GIZ with information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services requested, including the following documents:
A legalized copy of the RCCM
A legalized copy of the valid tax clearance
A legalized copy of the registration at the CNSS
A copy of the insurance contract
An introductory brochure with three (03) references regarding the performance of similar contracts.
Certificates, certificates justifying the execution of at least three (03) similar contracts with large companies or international institutions
Any information deemed relevant.
GIZ will draw up, on the basis of the responses to this call for expressions of interest, a short list of qualified companies to whom a tender dossier will be sent for submitting a technical and financial tender.
The eligibility criteria, the establishment of the shortlist and the selection procedure will be in accordance with GIZ procedures. It should be noted that the interest shown by a company does not imply any obligation on the part of GIZ to include it on the shortlist.
