Description: Cleaning - cleaning of public areas and office space will be procured this fall, advertisement from 7 August.

IMPORTANT! Bidders will be offered a presentation of the cleaning object on August 18 at 13-15 or August 27 at 10-12 (digital presence possible) as a mandatory step for submitting tenders.

The contract refers to agreements with a supplier. 2 year contract with possibility of extension (1 plus 1 year).

Refers to approx. 30, 000 sqm in Kulturhuset at Sergel's square mainly - additional service smaller areas also Vällingby / Skärholmen / Parkteatern. All areas refer to the cleaning of Kulturhuset Stadsteatern's leased areas. Requirements to comply with sustainability policy as well as environmental and chemical programs.
