The objective of this consultancy is as follows: To prepare and present the updated proposal for the establishment of the Mother of Waters Biosphere Reserve, in the Central Cordillera of the Dominican Republic, to be presented to the United Nations Educational Organization, Science and Culture (UNESCO). The consultant will work in coordinationA close relationship withthe technicians of the Vice Ministry of Protected Areas and Biodiversity and of the Project Coordinating Unit, assigned for the follow-up of this process.
