The contract is subject to a negotiated procedure, with an application phase, then an offer phase accessible only to qualified candidates. The contract comprises 3 lots: Lot 1 HR Development: this area brings together the themes of training management, career management, erformance and the HR portal. Lot 2 GED including the employer and employee safe. Lot 3 BDESE (Economic, social and environmental database). Lots 1, 2 and 3 are the subject of this procedure and include the following services for each of the lots: Implementation of theHRIS: design, production, management, training, interface, testing, acceptance and production. Maintenance in operational conditions in SaaS mode: maintenance (corrective, regulatory, application and technical), support, hosting. User training. The contract will be single-awarded(1 successful bidder per lot or 1 successful bidder for 2 to 3 of the lots).
