The Council commissioners are seeking a robust and independent evaluation of the experience and outcomes of the Children and Young People`s Weight Management Pathway for participants and stakeholders to inform the business case for Children and Young People`s Tier 2 and Tier 3 Weight Management service continuity.
This evaluation should explain how, why and in what contexts the health improvements happen and are sustainable. How well the pathway is working and what elements (if any) are not working.
