Tenders are invited for Charting of Navigation Channel - Onitsha to Onya

4.0 COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Interested companies are to collect the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the Procurement Department, NIWA Headquarters Lokoja, Kogi State on evidence of payment of a non-refundable fee of N10, 000.00 per Lot, paid into
National Inland Waterways Authority`s remita account in any commercial bank.

INVITATION FOR PREQUALIFICATION
Prospective bidders are to submit bid for each of the Lot desired, two (2) hard copies each of the Technical bid with
soft copy only in sealed envelopes and clearly marked "Prequalification Documents"
Thereafter, the envelope addressed to The Managing Director, National Inland Waterways Authority,
Headquarters, Adankolo New Layout, Lokoja, Kogi State and clearly marked with the name of the project and Lot
number. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should have the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated ‘Tender Box" at NIWA Headquarters, Lokoja, Kogi State not later than 12:00 noon on 28th July, 2020.

INVITATION TO TENDER
Prospective bidders are to submit bid for each of the Lot desired, two (2) hard copies each of the Technical and
Financial bids with soft copy of financial bid only in MS Excel format, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked ‘Technical Bid" or "Financial Bid". Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a
bigger sealed envelope addressed to The Managing Director, National Inland Waterways Authority, Headquarters, Adankolo New Layout, Lokoja, Kogi State and clearly marked with the name of the project and Lot
number.

Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should have the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated ‘Tender Box" at NIWA Headquarters, Lokoja, Kogi State not later than 12:00 noon on 18th August, 2020.

INVITATION FOR PREQUALIFICATION
The Prequalification Documents will be opened immediately after the closure of submission on 28th July, 2020 at 12:00 noon at the Conference Hall of NIWA Headquarters, Lokoja in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Please, ensure that you sign the Prequalification Bid Submission Register in the Procurement Department of the
Authority, as NIWA will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted Prequalification bids.
