Description: Stichting Wellant, Citaverde College and Stichting Helicon Opleidingen have been merged under civil law as of 1021 into one entity, namely Stichting De Drie AOCs. In accordance with Article 2.163e Procurement Act 2012, Stichting De Drie AOCs hereby announces that as a result of this unforeseen change, the agreement regarding Accountant Services of Stichting Helicon Opleidingen, under universal title, will be transferred to Stichting De Drie AOCs, as the acquiring foundation.
At the time of the purchasing process with the conclusion of the agreement, the contracting authority could not reasonably have foreseen that a merger would (already) be realized during the term of that agreement.

After this publication, interested parties have thirty days to file a claim for annulment.
