Lot 2 Co-insurer(s), covering EIB as well as all participants involved in the design and execution of the works, including contractors, subcontractors, architects and engineers for a certain percentage of the required overall RCD coverage. It covers physical loss or damage to the New EIB Building regarding RC Decennial aspect. The award of Lot 2 is foreseen to include several Tenderers, each of whom will be responsible for providing a certain percentage (%) of the required RCD coverage as a co-insurer. The sum of these percentages and of the percentage of coverage provided by the Lead Insurer will equal 100%, i.e. the total required RCD coverage. As a minimum, each Co-insurer is required to provide a minimum of two-point five (2.5) percent (%) of the required coverage of the Insured Amount, which is set as EUR 217 490 000.
