SOURCE OF FUND: GEN FUND (1999A-5-02-99-990-01-01)

1. The Provincial Government of Davao Oriental through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED THIRTY PESOS (Php425, 130.00) being the Approved Budget For Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Catering Services for Meetings/Conferences and Consultations of the Provincial Governor-s Office. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Davao Oriental now invites bids for the Catering Services for Meetings/Conferences and Consultations of the Provincial Governor-s Office.
