REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
CATERING SERVICES AND VENUE FOR THE CONDUCT OF DIVISION ROLL-OUT ON THE RESULTS-BASED PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (RPMS) MANUAL FOR TEACHERS AND SCHOOL HEADS
The Department of Education-Schools Division of Candon City through its Bids and Awards Committee invites interested parties to submit a quotation for the conduct of Division Roll-Out on the Results-Based Performance Management System (RPMS) Manual for Teachers and School Heads.
BUDGET:
-c The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Five Hundred Fifteen Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Pesos Only (Php 515, 520.00)
VENUE:
-c The venue should be accessible to the commuting public, with spacious parking and must be within Candon City, Ilocos Sur.
DATE OF ACTIVITY:
-c August 7-8, 2018 (1st Batch - District I & II Teachers I-III, Master Teachers I-II including ALS Mobile Teachers)
-c August 9-10, 2018 (2nd Batch - Secondary Teachers I-III and Master Teachers I-II)

CONFERENCE HALL/SPACE REQUIREMENTS:
-c The total space/conference hall must accommodate at least 250 pax.
-c The space/conference hall must have the following facilities/amenities, viz:
o Tables and chairs setting arrangement for participants and presidential table;
o Information table and flag; podium, backdrop and welcome streamer;
o Air-conditioned;
o Adequate lighting and sound system; with at least two (2) wireless and two (wired)/functioning microphones;
o Projector screen (2 Projectors-optional)
o Power outlet/charge for LCD projector and laptop
o WIFI access
FACILITIES
-c Continuous water supply and accessible comfort rooms.
-c Compliance with the standards provided by the Building Code of the Philippines.
-c Accessible emergency exit and alarm, standby fire extinguisher and automatic sprinkler.
-c Available telephone and/or internet connection within the premises of the building.
Schools Division of Candon City through its BAC now invites legally, technically and financially capable supplies to summit quotation for the said activity.
Procurement process shall be conducted through Small Value Procurement in accordance to Section 53.9 of the Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (R. A. 9184), otherwise known as the -œGovernment Procurement Reform Act- subject to its terms and conditions stipulated through GPPB.
The project shall be awarded to the proponent determined to have submitted the complete and lowest quotation. The winning proponent shall furnish the BAC a certified true copy of its valid and current documents before award of the project, to wit:

Quotations/proposals and documentary requirements maybe placed in the sealed envelope marked -œCatering Services and Venue for the Division Roll-Out on the Results-Based Performance Management System (RPMS) Manual for Teachers and School Heads and must be delivered/submitted to the address below on or before July 27, 2018, 9:00 AM or you can send thru email at candon.city@deped.gov.ph
Opening of Quotations/Proposals shall be on July 27, 2018, 9:30 AM at Assistant Schools Division Superintendent-s Office, Schools Division of Candon City, Barangay San Isidro, Candon City, Ilocos Sur. Quotations/proposals will be opened in the presence of the Bidder-s representatives who choose to attend at the abovementioned address.
The Schools Division of Candon City through its BAC reserved the right to accept or reject any quotations/proposal at any time prior to Contract Award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders Schools Division of Candon City through its BAC also reserves the right to waive any required formality in the proposals received, and select the proposal which it determines to be the most advantageous to the government.
