Description: The subject of the Public Contract is to ensure the operation of the kitchen and dining room in the building of the Contracting Authority. The terms used in this Tender Documentation in connection with the description of the subject of the Public Contract are defined in detail in the Binding Draft Concession Agreement, which forms Annex No. 1 to the Tender Documentation (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”).

The supplier will provide the following:

- school catering for pupils of the Contracting Authority in the school canteen and

- catering for other persons, specifically employees of the Contracting Authority, seniors who are former employees of the Contracting Authority, and pupils of other schools (especially pupils of ŽŠ Eriza) in the school canteen of the Contracting Authority.

The initial financial conditions submitted by the Contracting Authority are contained in the Financial Model of the Concession, which forms Annex No. 2 to this Tender Documentation.
