Tenders are invited for Carrying Out Trophy Hunting in Tsholotsho North Concession Starting from April 2019.

The current quota has substantial number of Trophy Elephant bulls, Leopards and Buffalo, plus various plains game. The area has enjoyed good trophy quality because of its close proximity to Hwange National Park. Interested Safari Companies should collect tender documents upon payment of a non — refundable fee of SUS2000-00. The following should accompany tenders:
i. Trophy fee offer per elephant bull.
ii. Concession fees offer.
iii. Daily Rates
iv. Social responsibility to the community within the concession area
v. Other offers to Council.
vi. Detailed Wildlife Conservation strategy.
vii. Certified copy of Tour Operator’s license.
viii. Certified copy (ies) of professional hunter’s license (s).
ix. Proof of TR2 submission to the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe.
x. Proof of registration with Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe.
xi. Cash projections for 5 years.
xii. Bank statements for the past twenty-four months
