Description: The public procurement is aimed at assessing the socio-economic impact of OPRD 2014-2020 and the contribution of support from the European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF) to achieving the specific objectives of each investment priority on each priority axis of the Program.
The impact assessment is carried out in accordance with the OPRD Evaluation Plan 2014-2020, approved by the Monitoring Committee of the program in May 2016 and amended by Decisions of the Monitoring Committee of June 2017, and from March 2019 and should analyze the impact of the Program and the implementation of horizontal issues, including thematic evaluations. The impact assessment is mandatory according to Art. 56 (3) of Regulation № 1303/2013). It will assist the Managing Authority of OPRD through recommendations for programming and planning of the next programming period, which will serve in the preparation of the MA for development ...
