1. Applications should accompany with non refundable fee of Rs. 500.00 + VAT per category within office hours
between 9.00 a.m - 3.30 p.m. and applications should forward separate applications according to format given
below.
2. All applications for registration containing full details should be forwarded by Registered Post on or before
30.11.2021 to Head of Procurement, Ceylon Shipping Corporation Ltd, No. 27, MICH Building, Sir Razik Fareed Mw,
Colombo-01, indicating "Registration of Suppliers 2022" on the top left-hand corner of the envelope.
3. Please attach copies of receipt & Business Registration.
4. Money Orders, Cheqes will not be accepted
