Description of Services
DAI is requesting the services of a Local Service Provider (LSP) to provide monitoring and evaluation
(M&E) training between December 2019 –March 31, 2020 to the following civil society partners:
• CDG, CEMESP, WONGOSOL, and WANEP
The service provider will work side by side with the monitoring and evaluation team of each CSO to
upgrade staff skills, manuals, systems, and practices.
Time Frame: December 2019 –March 31, 2020
Tasks and Responsibilities
Activities to be carried out by the service providers include:
• Consultative meetings to review CSOs documents and materials related to monitoring and
evaluation, assess gaps and challenges, and understand expectations.
• Meet and discuss with the CSO to develop an action plan for fulfilling the tasks in this scope of
work (SOW), and provide a detail Action Plan report to include dates, timelines, staff names, other
specifics.
• Provide a 3-day joint workshop with relevant staff from CDG, CEMESP, WONGOSOL & WANEP to
develop a comprehensive Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (ME&L) plan that defines ME&L
processes, tools, and plan for collecting and synthesizing data, and making ME&L reports; and
provide training for staff in this area
• Provide a 2-day M&E plan development to support M&E processes in each partners’ institution
