Tender Details

The law of August 17, 2015 on energy transition for green growth sets the target of 23% of energy from renewable sources in energy consumption in 2020, and the target of 32% for 2030. At this deadline, the law sets the objective of producing 40% of electricity frome renewable sources.

In order to meet this objective, all the remaining potential of mature sectors must be mobilized, and in particular that of hydroelectricity. The multiannual energy program (PPE) approved by the decree of October 27, 2016 thus sets the objective of developingment of 500 to 750 MW of additional hydroelectric capacity by 2023, and 2 to 3 TWh of producible.

To promote the development of hydroelectricity, in compliance with European guidelines on State aid in the field of energy and the environment, CPE plans to "relaunch the development of hydroelectricity through regular calls for tenders and the optimization of existing concessions".

This call for tenders relates to the construction and operation of new hydroelectric facilities located in Mainland France mainlandtale. The call for tenders has two families.

1 - Family 1: installations installed on new sites, with a power greater than or equal to 1 MW, for a total volume of 60 MW of cumulative power.
