Call for spsv license holders to enter a framework agreement (spsvs are defined as vehicles capable of carrying for hire or reward a maximum of eight passengers in addition to the driver.) taxis / wheelchair accessible taxis hackneys / wheelchair accessible hackneys sitt / local link donegal is setting up a framework agreement for the delivery of transport for patients travelling to and from letterkenny university hospital to receive renal dialysis up to three times per week; and ad-hoc journeys, as and when required. Services provided will be within county donegal including letterkenny town and may include out of county services.
