Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.Below is a summary of the work to be performed:Review KP Child Labour Policy 2025 and relevant documents; deliver inception report with methodology and work plan (Week 1).2. Stakeholder consultations: government, workers' and employers' organizations, civil society, NGOs, development partners (Week 1).3. Stakeholder consultations (Week 2); produce Zero Draft Costed Action Plan (Week 2).4. Identify and prioritize policy measures with indicators, reporting, and risk mitigation (Week 2).5. Compile draft costed action plan (Week 3).6. Assess technical feasibility, institutional capacity, and policy coherence (Week 4); deliver Final Costed Action Plan (Week 4).7. Stakeholder consultations (Week 4).8. Incorporate feedback into draft plan (Week 5).9.
