Below is a summary of the work to be performed:The senior consultant will be requested to develop the ILO's 3rd global report on Women in Business and Management (WIBM). The report will be used to promote the business case for gender equality in leadership positions, support EBMOs in their policy advocacy efforts on gender equality, and raise awareness among the business community.
