Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is seeking an individual to work as an external collaborator.Please find below a summary of the work to be carried out:The Consultant will provide technical support to strengthen monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning (MEAL) for the THAMM Plus project, in line with ILO and EU standards. Key responsibilities include:•Monitoring & Data Management: Raising staff awareness on M&E, implementing the monitoring agenda, updating the Project Monitoring Plan (quarterly), consolidating progress indicators, preparing reports for EU, ILO, and UNINFO, and reviewing the M&E risk register.•Data Collection & Analysis: Designing gender-sensitive tools, supporting ad-hoc data collection, and analysing data to inform decision-making, advocacy, and policy dialogue.•Reporting: Consolidating inputs for quarterly and annual reports, ensuring consistency, results-orientation, and coherence of indicators, and reviewing drafts for learning integration.•Capacity Building & Dissemination: Preparing guidance tools, conducting workshops, and supporting capitalization of results.Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, travel expenses will be covered by the ILO.If you are interested, please express your interest and follow the attached instructions to consult the detailed Terms of Reference and other relevant information on the ILO's e-sourcing platform.Please submit your proposal before the indicated deadline.Thank you f...
