As part of the project "Provision of HIV prevention, treatment and care services to detainees in Morocco", the United Nations Development Program, launched a call consultation to retain the services of a consultant to develop the prison-related component of the national reference guide for opioid substitution treatment (OSI) developed by thethe Ministry of Health's National Addictions Program.

This call for consultation is open to all consultants with the required expertise.
