Tenders are invited for Business Solutions Architect for the roll-out of the GoJ RIM Programme, with specific focus on electronic RIM.
The Technical Expertise required for this post includes, among others:
1. Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information System, or a related discipline;
2. Professional certification or training in ECM would be an asset;
3. Ten (10) years' experience eliciting, analysing and documenting business requirements, detailed specifications, configuration rules, and testing scenarios with at least two (2) completed projects;
4. Five (5) years' experience reviewing business processes and recommending business process improvements with at least two (2) projects; and
5. Technical background, with demonstrated abilities working as a Business Analyst, Quality Assurance Analyst or Business Process Analyst or equivalent with projects of similar or greater scope and complexity would be an asset.
The Consultant will be required to, among other things:
Analyse and document the functions of targeted GOJ organizations
Review and recommend improvements to the electronic records and information processes and procedures in targeted organizations
Analyse, define and recommend ICT requirements that must be met by each organization in order to implement its specific e-RIM solution, based on the RIM policy and the GoJ standards, policies and guidelines for ICT.
