LOCATION:
The development is situated on lands in Hellshire, St. Catherine, which is approximately 10 km South East of Portmore Town Centre.

SCOPE OF WORKS:
The successful contractor will be required to construct 70 two-bedroom detached houses including lot grading/ landscaping.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
