Description: A central building control center is to be established for the locations of MedUni Vienna. This measure is intended to monitor all building technology systems at a central point. As a result, an automatic fault report to the external fault service or FM should be generated internally via just one interface. Furthermore, the logging for all locations should be done centrally, and the system maintenance of only one system should be required. Access should be possible from any location via VPN. The location-related FM employees should only have access to the location to be managed, but via all devices in the MedUni network.
