Subject:-Triennial Term Contract for Operation and Maintenance of Air-conditioning Installations for Hong Kong Police Force, Independent Commission Against Corruption and Security Bureau in New Territories for the Government of the HKSAR. (NEC TSC OPTION A)

Description:-The scope of works for this contract includes operation, maintenance, additions, alterations and improvement works of air-conditioning installations for the venues of Hong Kong Police Force, Independent Commission Against Corruption and Security Bureau in the New Territories. The works are scheduled to commence on 1 February 2017 and complete on 31 January 2020.

Contractors Invited to Tender:-Selective tendering is adopted. Contractors on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of Air-conditioning Installation (Group II), or joint ventures with participation of local and/or overseas contractors with the lead participant or the major shareholder being on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of Air-conditioning Installation (Group II), who also meet the qualifications and conditions for participation stipulated in the tender documents are invited to tender.

Contractors not yet on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of Air-conditioning Installation (Group II) may also still submit a tender, provided if they submit a request for participation together with a duly completed application for inclusion in the above-mentioned approved list/category by 17 October 2016 to Mr. Hu Jinshan Arnold, Transport, Security and Central Services Division, Electrical and Mechanical Services Department, 6/F, 3 Kai Shing Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong, meet the qualifications and conditions for participation, and their application for inclusion is duly approved on or before the tender closing date. Contractors will be liable to have their names removed from the approved list if they fail or refuse to implement an accepted tender.
