Subject:-Triennial Term Contract for the Maintenance, Repair, Alterations, Additions and Improvement for Broadcast Reception Installation and Satellite Master Antenna Television System for the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region

Description:-The scope of the Works includes maintenance, repair, alterations, additions and improvement for broadcast reception installation and satellite master antenna television system for the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The Contract is scheduled to commence in December 2019 for expiry in November 2022.

Contractors Invited to Tender:-Selective tendering is adopted. Confirmed contractors on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of "Broadcast Reception Installation", or joint ventures with participation of local and/or overseas contractors with the lead participant or the major shareholder being a confirmed contractor on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of "Broadcast Reception Installation" who also meet the qualifications and other conditions for participation stipulated in the tender documents are invited to tender.

Contractors not yet on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of "Broadcast Reception Installation" may also submit a tender if they submit a request for participation together with a duly completed application for inclusion in the above-mentioned approved list/category by 9 August 2019 to Mr. LAI Chun-yuen, General Engineering Services Division, 6th Floor, Electrical and Mechanical Services Department, 3 Kai Shing Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong, meet the qualifications and conditions for participation, and the application for inclusion is duly approved on or before the tender closing date. Contractors will be liable to have their names removed from the list of approved contractors if they fail or refuse to implement an accepted tender.
