Subject:-Provision of Traffic Control and Surveillance System for Widening of Tolo Highway/Fanling Highway between Tai Hang and Wo Hop Shek Interchange
Description:-The scope of the works includes provision of Traffic Control and Surveillance System for Widening of Tolo Highway/Fanling Highway between Tai Hang and Wo Hop Shek Interchange and integration with the existing Tolo TCSS System. The Contract is anticipated to commence in Aug 2019 for completion in Aug 2022.
Contractors Invited to Tender:-Open tendering is adopted. Contractors who also meet the following qualifications and other conditions for participation stipulated in the tender documents are invited to tender:-
The tenderer must have completed relevant construction contract(s) with aggregated contract value of not less than Hong Kong Dollars ten million (HK$10 million), in or outside Hong Kong, within the past ten (10) years, immediately preceding the Tender Closing Date specified in the letter of invitation to tender regardless of any subsequent extension. In the case of a joint venture, only the lead participant or major shareholder is required to meet this minimum experience requirement.
Remarks:-This tender is not covered by the Agreement on Government Procurement of the World Trade Organization.
A charge will be levied for delivery of tender documents where the delivery of tender documents is requested by a tenderer. A written request must be made.
The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region does not bind itself to accept any tender irrespective of whether the tender is the lowest bid or, where the assessment of the tenders is based on a marking scheme or formula approach, the tender has the highest overall score.
The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region reserves the right to negotiate with any tenderer about the terms of the offer.
