Subject:-28-Month Term Contract for Maintenance of Heating, Ventilation and Air-conditioning Installations for Health Sector Venues in Kowloon West Region

Description:-The scope of Works includes maintenance of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning installations for health sector venues in Kowloon West Region. The works are scheduled to commence in December 2019 for completion in March 2022.

Contractors Invited to Tender:-Selective tendering is adopted. Confirmed contractors on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of Air-conditioning Installation, Group II or joint ventures with participation of local and/or overseas contractors with the lead participant or the major shareholder being a confirmed contractor on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of Air-conditioning Installation, Group II who also meet the qualifications and conditions for participation stipulated in the tender documents are invited to tender.

Contractors not yet on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of Air-conditioning Installation, Group II may also submit a tender if they submit a request for participation together with a duly completed application for inclusion in the above-mentioned approved list/category by 19 July 2019 to Miss JIM Wing Nam, Florence, Health Sector Division, Electrical and Mechanical Services Department, Room L702, 7/F, Block L, Princess Margaret Hospital, 2-10 Princess Margaret Hospital Road, Lai Chi Kok, Kowloon, meet the qualifications and conditions for participation, and the application for inclusion is duly approved on or before the tender closing date. Contractors will be liable to have their names removed from the approved list(s) if they fail or refuse to implement an accepted tender.
