Short description of the procurement : The purpose of the procurement is to transfer the BEJ JPK to block No 11 premises. The basis is a work project, a contracting entity's technical task, and, where applicable, a project's terms of reference. The materials, equipment and computer software for which the procurement documents contain a specific purchase, operation, trademark, patentt, type, mode of production and origin, instead of being allowed to use an equivalent solution. The tenderer must demonstrate, on the basis of appropriate evidence, that the solutions offered by him are equivalent to the technical solution described in the tender, acceptable to the contracting authority. Project replacement or modificationIn agreement with the subscriber, the tenderer makes changes in his / her own cost in the appropriate section.
