The BARANGAY STA. MARIA, through its BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE (BAC) invites suppliers/ manufacturers/distributors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project:

Name of Project : INSTALLATION OF PREFABRICATION OF 1 SET BASKETBALL GOAL

Project description : INSTALATION OF 1 SET PREFAB. BASKETBALL GOAL

APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT: PHP 170, 000.00 /20% BRGY. FUND

Contract duration : 30 CD

Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking similar project within the last two years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary -œpass/fail- criteria. Post qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.

All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and it-s implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
