Tender Details

We are planning to replace the existing Bowen Street Steps leading up to the Ministry of Education building.

This ROI is an invitation for suitably qualified main contractors to submit a Registration to be potentially selected for a shortlist of Respondents to proceed to the second stage in the procurement process.



We require a contractor who has:

• the capability, experience and infrastructure to design, carry out and complete the Contract Works in accordance with Bowen Street Steps Concept Design. Alternatively, the detailed design can be done in collaboration with a partner consultancy.

• the ability to proactively identify and resolve any unforeseen issues early, in order to avoid, or at least mitigate, the effect of those issues;

• a good track record in the design, management and implementation of small civil construction projects;

• experience involving installation of pre-cast concrete steps.
